Using and sharing our work
Unless otherwise identified, original site text and branding belong to ARNP Collaborative, LLC or their respective rights holders. You may link to our pages. Reproducing or commercially distributing our work requires permission unless applicable law allows your use. Nothing here limits fair use or other rights provided by law. Third-party names, images and materials remain the property of their owners.
Respectful, lawful use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another person’s rights. Do not send confidential patient information, medical records or sensitive health details to the site’s general contact email or through its general-inquiry text links.
Links and services
Links to other websites and messaging services are provided for context or convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Text links open your device’s messaging app for general inquiries; they do not send a message automatically. Descriptions of professional services are informational and do not create a clinician–patient relationship, guarantee eligibility or outcomes, or complete a booking or purchase. Any professional engagement requires a separate process and applicable agreements.
Clinical service refunds and follow-up
Fees for clinical care already provided are nonrefundable. Stacy may consider exceptions individually. If the same issue remains unresolved, contact Stacy for follow-up; there is no additional visit fee for that follow-up. This statement concerns the practice’s provider visit fees, not separate charges from outside providers or facilities.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel a reserved appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments incur a $75 fee.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct or remove content and change these terms. Revised terms will be posted here with their effective date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
